♥ In-stock vs. Reserve ♥
There are two main types of items available for purchase in this store, In-Stock and Reserve. In-Stock items are available for immediate shipment, and the sizes and colors listed are all that is currenly available. Reserve items are tagged "Reserve" next to their name, but they can be found in the normal categories of dresses, skirts, and so on. Reserve items list the number of pieces available for reservation, the last day by which a reservation can be made and the date on which the pieces will ship. You may request minor alterations on reserve items, but be aware that some requests may be denied and others may require a small upcharge.
♥ Sizing ♥
There are currently two sizes available in this store, M and L. Most items are moderately flexible in fit, and some basic measurments are provided in the information for each item. Please review the measurements on the size chart to see where you fall in these size ranges and also review the measurements listed in the item decriptions. If you have any questions about what size you should buy or if it will fit you, feel free to ask!
In the near future sizes S and XL will be available. In the meantime, some items can be modified by special request to fit a larger or smaller size. For example, most elastic waist skirts and bloomers can be modified to fit a larger waist size if the rest of the measurements will work for you. This kind of simple modification will come with no additional fees, though other modifications may incur a small upcharge.
♥ Purchasing & Shipping ♥
Purchasing through this site is simple! Just select the size and color of the item you want and then click the "add to cart" button. When you're finished, you can view your cart by clicking on the button located on the left side of the page. The shopping cart system is provided by PayPal, but you don't need to have an account through them to make a purchase; you can just go through their system and use a credit card without signing up. If you do have a PayPal account, you can pay using any standard PayPal method. Please note that your items will not be shipped until the payment has completely cleared. If you use an e-check it will often take 4-5 days to clear. Credit card and PayPal balance transfer purchases should clear within one day. If you use a different e-mail address than is provided by your PayPal account, please include it in the comment field of your payment. Additionally, please note that all orders over $200 must be sent to the billing address for insurance purposes.
All items are shipped using USPS services. Domestic packages are sent via your choice of Priority Mail or Express Mail. Both shipping methods include insurance and tracking. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address after your package is sent. International packages are sent via Flat Rate Priority International Mail. This shipping method includes insurance and tracking, and a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address after your package is sent. The rate for Canada and Mexico is $24.00 and for all other countries the rate is $39.00.
♥ Returns & Cancellations ♥
All purchases are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Items may be returned within 10 business days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price with the exclusion of shipping and handling charges. Items must be in new and unworn condition to receive a refund.
Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify me immediately so that it can be taken care of before the items are shipped.
Orders for out-of-stock items will be refunded. If the majority of the items in an order are in-stock, the cost of the items that are out-of-stock will be refunded and the rest of the order will be shipped. If the majority of the items in an order are out-of-stock, you will be contacted concerning your preference for the remainder of the order.
